227g Organic Bread Flour

65g Organic 00 flour

32g Organic Rye Flour

260g Water 

2g active dried yeast

8g salt

8 grams olive oil

 

Toppings: garlic, chicken marinated in tandoori spices, red onion, coriander leaves and mozzarella
