Vendace Roe Pizza Bianco Shape the dough balls into 12-inch round thin pizzas. Sprinkle Boursin Garlic and Herb cheese on the pizza bottom. Add plenty of shredded gruyere cheese to the pizzas. Bake the pizzas in the pizza oven. Sprinkle the pizza with the finely chopped red onion. Then add 8 dollops of the vendace roe. Whisk a cup of crème fraiche to make it fluffy and airy. Add 8 dollops of the creme fraiche to the pizzas as well. Finally, top the pizzas with plenty of dill sprigs
