PIZZA TEUTA I named it that way after the name of the first Albanian queen the dough is made with autolysis and fermented for 48 hours, the base of the pizza is white with the ingredients : mozzarella fior di latte, pecorino romano D.O.P, gorgonzola and out of the oven complete it with Calabrian nduja, stracciatella pugliese, fresh pomegranate and basil pesto.
