Wild Game Pizza Slice 1 lb of venison. Mix 2 Tbs of soy and Worcestershire sauce, ½ cup of olive oil, 2 Tbs of Mirin and ½ Tbs black garlic. Marinade steaks and then sauté with butter. Mix 1 cup of lingonberries with 2 tbs of sugar. Sauté 1 lb of chanterelles in butter and season with a salt/pepper. Add ½ lb of parsnip into a sauté pan and cover it with the heavy cream and milk. Simmer and season with salt/pepper. Mix with blender. Shape your pizza dough into nice 12-inch round thin pizza. Add a thin layer of parsnip sauce and add 50% gruyere cheese and 50% mozzarella cheese. Next, add plenty of the venison meat and chanterelles. Season the pizza with some fresh thyme and oregano. Add a handful of dandelion leaves as well. Bake the pizza in the oven. Sprinkle with lingonberries
